WixTR Artificial Intelligence Supported Monthly Content Entry Service - Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description: Artificial Intelligence Supported Monthly Content Entry offered by WixTR is a service of creating 3 customized and SEO compatible content for customers' websites weekly, a total of 12 per month.

2. Payment and Billing: The service is offered for 1250 TL per month. A special monthly fee of 1000 TL is applied to customers who make a 12-month commitment. Payments are received prior to the start of the service and are renewed at the beginning of each month. Prices do not include VAT.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Customers can cancel the service by the end of each month. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made for the remaining service period. For customers who have made a 12-month commitment, cancellation is possible at the end of the commitment period.

4. Delivery of the Service: Contents are uploaded directly to the customer's website or delivered to the customer in digital formats according to the determined schedule.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights: All content is created by WixTR and becomes the property of the customer as soon as it is delivered to the customer. The customer has the right to use the contents for commercial purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Security: Customer information is kept confidential by WixTR and is not shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability: WixTR cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the service.

8. Changes: WixTR may change the terms and conditions with prior notice.

Return policy

WixTR cares about customer satisfaction. Customers who are not satisfied with the service can request a refund within the first 7 days from the start of the service. Refund requests must be made in writing to arena@wixtr.com. The refund will be processed and processed within 30 days from the date of request.
